Our interactive Workplace Wellbeing presentations are designed to impart critical knowledge on the self-management of Health and Wellbeing from within a desk-based workplace. The aim of these workshops is to enhance the overall health and resilience of teams, maximise work efficiency through mental health boosters, decrease absenteeism, fortify bodies and to improve the postures, diets and healthy habits of each individual attending.
These workshops will engage and energize teams throughout their duration, maximising receptiveness with practical demonstrations included in the Premium and Intermediate workshop packages, interactive group activities throughout all workshops and the invaluable opportunity to openly address queries and specify management techniques to every team's unique environment.
The four key topics covered are: Mental Wellbeing, Physical Wellbeing, Nutritional Wellbeing and Sleep Hygiene. Each topic is broken down in detail over the course of these workshops. Advice on the most beneficial, up-to-date, scientifically supported and applicable methods of managing each pillar is given. Each topic is available with at least one practical session that can be run from a safe workspace. In-house health assessments for each team member are also available as part of our Premium and Intermediate options.

Our interactive Workplace Wellbeing presentations are now available virtually. In the wake of the pandemic many have had to change and adapt work styles. During a virtual workshop, the same four pillars of wellbeing are covered, with an emphasis on what can be done from home to: Enhance overall health and resilience, maximise work efficiency through the use of mental health boosters, decrease absenteeism, utilize any extra time that working from home may provide, fortify bodies, improve postures and to create healthy diet plans and at-home habits.
Through a group Zoom® conference, team contribution is encouraged, Q&A's will be available throughout and practical elements remain in both Premium and Intermediate workshop packages.

Hybridized versions of our Workplace Wellbeing presentations are also available. Presentations are run in-house, while also being streamed to anyone working from home via Zoom® to encompass teams with dual attendance. During a virtual workshop, the same four pillars of wellbeing are covered with aims to: Enhance overall health and resilience, maximise work efficiency through the use of mental health boosters, decrease absenteeism, utilize any extra time that working from home may provide, fortify bodies, improve postures and to create healthy diet plans and at-home habits.
Open communication between in-house and at-home attendees is encouraged throughout, Q&A's available to both parties and practical elements remain in both Premium and Intermediate workshop packages.
