With a background in rowing, running, cycling and rugby, training for athletic performance, and injury rehabilitation has always been of deep interest of mine. I believe in working toward maximum training efficiency, whilst making each workout fun and rewarding in the process.
With connections and experience working alongside physiotherapists and osteopaths, I have developed an approach to training designed to improve your overall health & wellbeing holistically, quickly and effectively.

Qualifications include:
- Level 3 Personal Trainer.
- Level 5 Sports & Exercise Nutritional Advisor.
- CIMSPA Registered Practitioner.
- Les Mills Sprint & GRIT Instructor.
- Experience working with Arthritis, Sports injury, Parkinson’s, Joint replacements & Cystic Fibrosis.
